Mobile outpatient occupational therapy helps patients carry medical recommendations into daily life—at home, where their real challenges occur.
Consider OT when a medical condition is affecting the patient’s safety, independence, routines or ability to participate in meaningful daily activities.
Many functional limitations are not visible in a clinic. In the patient’s home, OT can assess the actual bathroom, kitchen, stairs, mobility paths, routines and caregiver demands affecting performance.
This allows recommendations to be immediately practical, personalized and easier to carry into everyday life.
Physical therapy helps patients move better. Occupational therapy helps patients live better.
Focused, individualized visits aligned with the patient’s priorities and clinical needs.
Interventions are practiced in the environment where patients complete daily routines.
Relevant findings and progress are communicated to support coordinated patient care.
Fax the referral and supporting records to 423-805-1753.
